Engagement
Welcome to Mashoori Productions. These terms govern our cinematic collaboration. By engaging our services, you agree to these foundational principles of creative and technical excellence. Last updated: October 2024.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mashoori Productions' digital and physical production services. Entering into an agreement with us implies a commitment to these high-fidelity standards. We reserve the right to amend these terms to reflect evolving technical capabilities.
2. Scope of Services
Mashoori Productions provides end-to-end cinematic production, including pre-production planning, principal photography, VFX, and post-production grading. Deliverables are specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW). Revisions outside the agreed SOW will incur additional atmospheric rendering costs.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, full commercial usage rights are transferred to the client. However, Mashoori Productions retains the right to utilize fragments, behind-the-scenes footage, and finished renders for our portfolio, reels, and digital atmospheric showcases, unless a strict NDA is invoked prior to engagement.
4. Payment Terms & Currency
A standard 50% deposit is required to initiate production and secure our creative void. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. We accept payments in both local and international currencies.

5. Limitation of Liability
Mashoori Productions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from production delays caused by force majeure, hardware anomalies in the render farm, or atmospheric disturbances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid under the specific SOW.
